A Little Faith by Jerry Thomas

I was sinking, sinking further in sin.

I lost direction, The Power within.

In the dark, I cried out, as I lay in bed.

Please stop these voices, I hear in my head.

I need a Friend, To comfort me.

I can’t walk, My legs are not free.

In desperation, I remember Your Word.

Coming down, from above.

And You Say:

You Need a little Faith, A little faith in Me.

Don’t need to move a mountain, to the Sea.

Don’t need to part a river, Or The Red Sea.

Just need a little Faith. A little Faith in Me.

Are you sinking, sinking deeper in sin?

Have you lost direction, The Power within?

Have you cried out, as you lay in bed?

Stop those voices, of doubt, you hear in your head.

Do you need a Friend, To comfort you.

If you can’t walk, He will walk for you.

So in desperation, You must remember, His Word.

He’s coming down here, To be heard.

And He says:

You Need a little Faith, A little faith in Me.

Don’t need to move a mountain, to the Sea.

Don’t need to part a river, Or The Red Sea.

Just need a little Faith. A little Faith in Me.
